Prairie Ridge Development Group LLC is a privately held real estate development and investment company focused on industrial and mixed-use multi-family projects throughout the Midwest and Southeast Florida.  Our mission is to create value for our investors and development partners by carefully managing every aspect of the project from site selection to completion.  With experience in acquisitions, entitlement, development, construction, financing, and leasing we can tackle complex projects and issues which may arise while being mindful of the project’s budget and schedule.
